Why my thunderbird is so slowly? how can i make it faster?
I have a lot of mails. BUt it should not make my Thunderbird slow. If i cant make if back faster, i must change it to another email system.

Pop or IMAP mail account?
Do you have a gmail account? If yes, unsubscribe from the 'All Mail' folder. The 'All Mail' folder is an archive copy of all your emails, so you do not need to see them twice. See info here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Using_Gmail_with_Thunderbird_and_Mozilla_Suite
Do you scan incoming and outgoing mail? What anti-virus product do you use?
Do you have any automatic updates working in the background like 'Windows updates'?
What is your anti-virus software?
