Download showing in notification but can't be accessed
I am trying to download some files and they are downloading and same can be seen in notifications but when trying to open download from that notification it's not opening, also opening download from side panel shows that there are no downloads, also i am not using incognito and I am signed in.

Can you see the files that you have downloaded in the "downloads" folder through a file manager app on your Android device?
Yes I can see the file i downloaded in file manager app.
