All phone history and tab history on phone gone! Tabs open in firefox on iphone plus all phone history gone after using tab pickup for just one tab.

I had many tabs open in firefox on my iphone, which were unique and not open in firefox on my laptop. Inhad kept them there for a while because theyvwere important. I happened to tap on 'pick up tab' from my laptop in order to work on something from my phone for the forst time. This looks like a new feature that I didnt notice before. It opened that tab but immediately closed all of those tabs I had kept opened. It also deleted and overwrote all of my iphone history, so that everything exactly matches my laptop. If I go in my iphone's firefox history it does not show those old tabs under recently closed tabs! I can't find those anywhere. Help! Had I known it would do this I would have made sure to save the tabs and history somehow! How can I get my iphone tabs and history back?? Thank you

Unfortunately, if the tabs were not saved as bookmarks or in a session, and they are not listed in your iPhone's Firefox history under "Recently Closed Tabs," it's unlikely that you'll be able to retrieve them.
