Color of part of the title changes
I can see which questions have already been accessed by the color--but sometimes only part ot the "title" changes. Why is that? What does this partial change denote (if anything)?

In the attached screenshot, the second question reflects that it has not been accessed by me, as the text colors are all blue. But what about the first and third questions? In the first question, the ANSWERS button and part of the leading question is green. (Green signifies that I've previously accessed the question.) In the third question, part of the leading question (only) is green.
