Does it make any difference if you turn the DNS over HTTPS feature on/off? This article has information on that setting: Firefox DNS-over-HTTPS.

While you are in the Network Settings dialog, you also can select "No Proxy" to try to bypass any potentially problematic proxy server.

This is the Error I get:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at www.youtube.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.
