I have forgotten my Master Password . In order to change my Master Password I am asked to enter my prsent password . My point is if I can enter my present master password I would not ned to change it to a new Master Password

This question ended up under "Firefox Reality" but I suspect this problem is on your Windows system. Assuming that is the case, you can Reset your Master Password, which clears all saved logins, and then start again. This article has the steps:
