Recently after upgrading Firefox, I can no longer access Doubledown Casino in Facebook. The message that shows is the image attached. The game loads perfect in Microsoft Edge (which I do not like at all) and Opera. One other complaint that I have is I cannot play other games in Facebook or Pogo which I play full screen. The screen refresh is sooooooo slow if it works at all. This is not new. It has been a continuing problem for quite awhile. Just never complained. These games I do play in either Chrome or Opera.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer can have them for ever, just export over top, save safe.

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

A fix is in that from update 57.0.1

If still have issues with slowness after : You could try this please : Go the Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multi-processor = slow again. TRY 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
