Hello,

I have tried several addons along time in order to get several rows and no text on the bookmarks tab. Yet, did it many time ago and worked for a long time enough to forget what I did. Now, I have two Linux machines, two Windows machines, each having Firefox. After upgrading to Quantum, v57, I have one bookmark toolbar on one Linux machine that displays the bookmarks with text, the other Linux machine displays the bookmarks without text. I've came across this here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1177540, but I have no userChrome.css. How could I know what makes bookmarks without text, this being the desired behavior?

Thank you.

Right click on the Bookmark. Click on Properties(last item). This will show the name which you can abbreviate or delete.

Right click on the toolbar will give you the option of creating a new folder(s) in which you can group similar bookmarks - with all possibilitiesfrom full name down to nothing.

Perhaps for a wider audience, I suspect not everyone knows about the spillover from the Bookmarks Toolbar, easily accessed by the double arrowhead >>. Once again you can vary the name.

I suspect there is no multi-row extension available at the moment for Fx 57.

I truly appreciate your strong sense of humor.
