W 10 update today June 8 updated many of their apps, including mail....I began to receive mail on their app but it stopped my T-Bird. all I get when I ask it to get mail is the moving blue circle (like it is trying to receive) I sent a test to myself but it should up on their mail client. How can they coexist and if they will not how to delete their mail client. T_Bird is set as the default mail client.

What is the mail provider for the account you have set up in TB? I rather doubt that any W10 update has caused TB to stop working, even if the same account is set up in TB and Mail app.

Using Cox Cable Oklahoma....T-bird still displaying the rotating blue circle. Sent out a "test" email from T-bird and got it on windows mail client, but not on T-Bird.

Is the account set up as POP on Mail app? If so, the normal setup would delete the message from the server after downloading, making it unavailable to TB.
