It is possible that I marked it as junk/spam previously. I cannot find a way to check to see if it was marked as junk/spam. How do I edit the lists of sites I have marked as junk/spam to see if that is why it is not coming through?

First of all, you need to check your spam folder to see if the e-mail you are looking for is there. If it is not, then the problem is something else.

Always check your spam folder every day for e-mails that are good. Also try to make sure you empty the spam folder occasionally so it doesn't get full, and to make it easier to find e-mails you might be looking for.

If a good e-mail is in your spam folder, then select it and click "Not Junk", to get it to your Inbox, and then future e-mails like that will not be marked as junk. This will only work if Thunderbird marked the e-mail as spam.

If your e-mail provider/server (like Gmail), marked it as spam, not Thunderbird, then manually move it to your Inbox, and figure out your e-mail providers spam settings/options.

Spam and junk folders checked. I have shut down Mozilla and will work from my email address at the website for 24 - 48 hours to see if it comes through there. I routinely mark emails junk/not junk. I hate useless emails. Thanks for your quick response!

If it is not in the spam/junk folder, then it is probably not Thunderbird that is the problem.

You've got the right idea, use webmail to see if the e-mail comes in.

Two possibilities: 1. You mis-typed your e-mail address for whatever it is. I assume that you have already checked that. 2. That website's e-mail is not getting sent for some reason, or is being delayed a long time.
