How can I delete an email and make sure it is deleted from someone else looking at it on acombined email on another computer

two of us use a combined email check(2 names) one is on an android system gmail and the other is on mozilla system yahoo mail. If the person on the android system deletes an email, it is deleted from both systems. if an email is deleted from the mozilla system computer it will still show up in the android system and have to be deleted again on that computer
