What happened to being able to save a bookmark into an existing folder? Now I must save and then edit the bookmarks - huge time waster

I'm sorry if I'm just not seeing something obvious but saving and organizing bookmarks seems to have taken a huge step backwards. Now it seems that I can only save a bookmark into the the unsorted bookmarks area and then need to open the bookmarks library to move the bookmark into a folder. In the past, you had options to save a new bookmark into an existing folder or create a new folder and save there. Again, I'm sorry if I'm just not seeing some method for doing this that is right in front of my face.

  • Clicking the star on the Navigation toolbar will bookmark the page in the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder and the star turns blue to show that
  • Bookmarks > "Bookmark This Page" (Ctrl+D) will bookmark the page in the Bookmarks Menu folder (you need to confirm that)
  • "Bookmark This Page" can be accessed via the right-click context menu in the browsing area or via the Bookmarks menu in the Firefox menu button drop down or menu bar (Alt+B)
  • If the URL in the Navigation toolbar is bookmarked and the star is highlighted blue then click this highlighted star or use the "Bookmark This Page/Edit This Bookmark" menu item (Ctrl+D) to edit the properties of the bookmark like name and location and move the bookmark to another folder or remove the bookmark

Thank you very much but I'm not finding the any UI elements that map onto "Bookmarks -> Bookmark This Page" that you describe. However, the hot key sequence (Ctrl D) and the right context menu in the page get me what I'm after and the latter was right in front of my face so thank you for the respectful answer.
