Can't install Firefox 4.0. It says, "The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items."

I just downloaded the app from Firefox, dragged it into my application folder and got a pop up saying "The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items."

I just tried to install Firefox 4.0 and got this error.

I could not delete from Applications folder manually, as it was all ready deleted. It would not let me install by dragging to Applications

BUT i got it work by dragging to DESKTOP instead.
