/library/caches/firefox/profiles/gooo2kbm.default/cache/61765B4Ad01 Scanner Virus detection , deleted by antivirus, but still comeing back same virus in MAC oS .. how to resolve this?

I am using MacOS , with antivirus, all OS up to date and firefox also version of 3.6.13.

Found a virus : /library/caches/firefox/profiles/gooo2kbm.default/cache/61765B4Ad01 ,

I deleted it, and on next day verifying by antivirus and found it again,

Seems its repeated all time, the antivirus details: Suspisious SCRIPT.VIRUS .
