server not found??? I may have accidentally created a block or firewall. what is a proxy???, how do I allow firefox to be permitted to access the web

I actually think a screen came up that said create a firewall... and I said never allow for this site. now I can't get mozzilla to work at all my message says Server Not Found firefox can't find the server at en-us.start3.mozzilla.com.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.
