Hi,

Since two weeks ago, I can't use NordVPN with Firefox. At that VPN system there are 3 methods of connection: The Windows app, the Firefox extension or setting up an HTTP proxy. I tried all of them and Firefox always says that a problem occured and the coneection can't be made.

I already tried cleaning Firefox, and restarting all settings. I also tried in another PC and nothing worked.

I also tried with another 2 browsers and they worked perfectly. I'd contacted to NordVPN's support and they said that it's a problem of Firefox.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Did you delete the Mozilla folder before reinstall FF? FF can't really do much about VPN since that comes from their side it only connects to it. If they have a security lapse when the Browser checks it probably won't connect or you have a program in FF that is blocking the connection.
