I asked to retrieve my Username & pw but all I got was a "New sign-in to Firefox" auto-reply email. Do I have to make new Firefox accnt here for ea diff email?

I wanted to answer a question of a problem I had & solved in the past week but couldn't log-in & couldn't retrieve the log-in info in any emails from Firefox.... until I started asking this with a new account. So I have to make a new account every time I want to ask/answer something here from a different email account?

Hi, usually you do not need to. As to why this happened I can not tell you as is not part of Firefox that Support works on. As Volunteers we are limited to trouble shooting the program only.
