Don't want to close one tab

Hello, I need to protect one tab. I have script which needs to be done for about 30 mins, all this time tab is Loading. Essentially, during that time and after that i'm using all others tabs for the work. opening and closing 1000 times. and very often this tabs goes away with others tabs, i cant opening in this tab other web sites or just close it by accident. So is there any chance to protect one tab from changing from outside :) just always stay same web page and doing script till i confirm it to be closed or move to another page. thank you working in new window is not helping for long, from some time I do start working same window

hi, not sure if i totally get the scripting part of your question, but you could try if it is making a difference when you keep that tab pinned: Pinned Tabs - keep favorite websites open and just a click away

thank you, it makes tab look difference, but i still can open other site in this tab. i wish that this tab will be locked , that i cant make any changes in this tab. i.e go to another website or close it.
