When I view any pictures on Facebook, I can see the comments and black box,but have to scroll down to see the picture. Help!

This includes ALL pictures in Facebook from anyone. Any ideas on what I should do would be greatly appreciated. I have Firefox 15.0.1 and I'm using mac OS X version 10.6.8

I can view pictures fine in Safari so it's definitely and issue with Firefox.
