Thunderbird keeps crashing several times a day. Restarted Thunderbird in save mode, but it still keeps crashing. Can provide Troubleshooting details if I could find a safe email account. Need it badly as I manage several email accounts.

If you can open TB long enough to access Help/Troubleshooting, Crash Reports, post the last few IDs (e.g. bp-.....). If not, look in this folder:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Crash Reports\submitted (Windows)

~/Library/Thunderbird/Crash Reports/submitted (OS X)

Try running OS X in safe mode.

I can. When I opening Troubleshooting Information and select send via email, I need the email address to send to. If I knew the email address I can send full report right away.
