I have 2 accounts on mail.com. Two identical folders are in both accounts, and they have duplicate emails???

In johnDoe@mail.com there is a folder janeDoe@mail.com. It contains new emails for janeDoe. In janeDoe@mail.com there is a folder janeDoe@mail.com. It contains the same new emails for janeDoe.

Under properties, the location is: imap://johnDoe%40mail.com@imap.mail.com/Trash/janeDoe%20mail and imap://janeDoe%40mail.com@imap.mail.com/janeDoe%20mail

I cannot delete either file, and at times some emails will be sent to the inbox. Very confusing.

Unsubscribe from seeing any folders that should not be in an account. Access webmail accounts for each email address and delete any folders that should not be on server.
