started a few days ago (maybe has to do with windows update, don't think so, a few days after last firefox update i think). running latest firefox edition. running win10. 8gb ram i5 processor. firefox is just slow everywhere (everything else on the computer is fine, and edge and chrome load fine). ex. gmail loads slow and then the icons also take a while. a regular web page takes a few seconds and loads in parts. Tried 4 different internet connections, tried checking firewall, malware, viruses, add-ons and extensions, cleared cache and cookies, did refresh, safe mode, restarted computer, reinstalled mozilla (kept personal data and settings) probably did a few other things too. nothing made a difference. Any other ideas before I clear my data too?
