Unfortunately, Apple has not created a system setting for choosing your own default browser. If you want to encourage Apple to change this in a future update, you can leave feedback on Apple's site: http://www.apple.com/feedback/

For now, depending on the app from which you want to open links, the app may allow you to choose the program to open the link in, for example, using the Share button.
