Thunderbird data transfer from PPC to Inte Mac

I have Thunderbird on a PPC Mac and I want to move the data, especially the address book, to a MacBook Pro. I just installed Thunderbird on the MBP and can't find where the profile files/folder are. On the PPC the profile I believe is in a folder, Thunderbird. In "user"> Library> Thunderbird. I have copied this folder before and replaced the same folder in the same location on another Mac and the data is transferred. But there is no TB folder in the user folder on the new MBP. So where is the profile files and how do I transfer the data to the MBP? Thanks for the help! Jim
