cannot sign in or sync using android version 47?
using android version 47 for a long time and just noticed that it cannot sync these few days, tried to clear data than even worse, I cannot log in anymore, no login screen popup. we cannot use version 47 to log in and sync? what is the oldest version to let me log in and sync? do not like to use the latest version as it is bulk and buggy.

Since Firefox 47 was released in 2016, we have made many security and stability updates including updates to Firefox Sync.
Like any equivalent app on your Android device, Firefox for Android is designed to be updated as and when updates become available. As much as I think that Firefox is the best browser, I would never recomend that people use a version that old, and to not update it.
I strongly recomend that you update your copy of Firefox for Android from the Google Play store and either try to sign into your accoutn again, or if that fails, to set up a new account following the prompts in the app, to Sync your bookmarks and other data from your other copy of Firefox.
Any oldest version to let me log in and sync?
I do not think there will be. The Firefox Sync service itself has been updated several times.
