I was getting warnings from my e-mail server that I was near the mailbox size limit, and Thunderbird displayed a percentage bar in the lower right corner. I've deleted a lot of large messages and want to see how far I am from the limit now, but now the bar isn't displayed. Is there a way to refresh this? Or is it a warning that's only pushed from the server?
(Unfortunately, my webmail site doesn't compute the size correctly and shows me at over 400%, so I can't see the actual size there until the server sends me another warning.)

Tried a new profile - no change Followed directions for using config editor and deleting two items - no change Could go back to original settings (turn off OATH2) but have to get it working by Sept so might as well slay the beast now.

When I receive junk email, Thunderbird shows mail received (for example 10 emails) there are ...again for example 3 in my inbox and the other 7 are nowhere to be found. Not in junk and not in trash. I am concerned that there might be some emails that are not junk that I am not able to get. I would like to be able to review the junk folder prior to deletion. Right now I'm using 3 different email accounts on Thunderbird. All 3 of them are Office365 accounts. For some reason, 1 of the 3 accounts is prompted at least once a day, sometimes twice a day, to enter my password on the Office365 website popup that is used with the OAuth2 authentication process. It's very irritating, all 3 accounts are Microsoft Office business accounts. What would be the reason why it needs to authenticate daily? Is there no password manager to do this automatically once it's been entered once? Can I pick a different authentication method? What is the correct change to make so I don't have to keep typing in my password every day?

I am wanting to have 2 of my email addresses to be downloaded before all the others. I have indeed successfully "moved" these 2 accounts to the top of my account list (Shift and mouse). However they are not downloaded in the order of the account list.
How do I accomplish this? Is it possible?
I created a ticket, and it auto-responded to run this by the Volunteer Community. I really want this to be handled by support, but welcome anyone to give me a solid answer.

I have always kept old emails in the LOCAL folders for security reasons not having all my info on a server somewhere that could be comprimized/stolen/scammed. I am now on Yahoo and have heard security is not the best so I am not sure I want to put all these files on their servers. Now, however, as my PC is getting old I am afraid it could crash, I assume I would loose all those emails-correct?. If I go into my TB Profile and find the Mail/Local Folder I can copy and paste it to a flash drive. Would that be the recommended way to back up? If I did this process a month from now would it, like a file, ask me to overwrite what is already there and add anything new? If my PC did crash, could I do the reverse and copy and paste that flash drive Local folder into my new TB profile? Thank You.
