Firefox 129.0 (64bit) - Windows 10 (with current updates)

Sometimes (except when I'm demonstrating the problem of course) a Google search simply hangs. In the search field (next to the shield & lock) the website for the search appears, eg https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+secure+are+android+phones or https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=nsw+service+parking+meter+app there is no other response and no activity in bottom left corner of the window.

Simply clearing history (history, cookies, cached files, but not site settings) fixes the problem and the search can then be repeated and new searches done until the next time, when it's a case of rinse & repeat. No other action is required, which would seem to suggest that the problem isn't elsewhere.

This problem affects both my wife's and my PC (same configs), and has for several weeks, sorry can't be more precise as to when it started.

I am constantly seeing this message on YouTube. I don't have troubles with any other website. I get this message yet other tabs will happily load different pages. I have a fibre connection, I am definitely connected! I have tried everything I can find to remedy this problem but nothing works, for example a flush DNS command. And yes, of course it absolutely still happens in troubleshoot mode.

This has been happening for over a year now and it is absolutely driving me insane. Whenever this happens I can open another browser and will have none of these problems with that browser. I have been using Firefox for over 20 years religiously, but I am getting so sick of this that if I don't find a solution for this problem soon I will be done with Firefox, I don't even know why I've persisted with this problem for so long. Please help!!!

My searches (regardless of Engine) are coming up in Russian. I don't speak Russian. It does not seem to be the search engine, and does not happen in Chrome, only Firefox.

I cannot connect to Amazon site, says unusual payment activity, secure connection failed, and the name Stanford Health Care, that I have never heard of and have no connection to them. I need to have this corrected. Please reply. Rosalie Koire, roko8@att.net.

After I've had a window open for between 5 minutes and half an hour, the address bar stops working. I need to open a new window in order for it to work again. I can click on the favorites on the homepage and those work but if I search or input an address into the address bar nothing happens.

My microphone has recently stopped working on Firefox, and Firefox only.

It works in Chrome, Edge, and Opera.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox (and testing the mic with a clean install), reinstalling all of my audio drivers, and even changing the frequency of my Windows sound to a lower one. Nothing has worked.

My laptop is a Lenovo Slim Pro 9i (if it matters) and my microphone is an Intel Smart Array.

I have completely run out of ideas, so anything will help at this point.

I can't get any app from Google to stay open. It's a nightmare. I've restarted several times. Doesn't help. Everyother page is working.

Is this a bug in the latest version?

I get this same message. The page flashes on then crashes and this message appears.

If watching any video in full screen, upon restoring Firefox back to "normal view" the entire program changes its position on my monitor. In regular mode (IE; not full screen) the position of the program on the screen - flush with my top and bottom panels - but NOT full screen is unaffected when closing and re-opening Firefox. The change in screen position is only when going from full screen view to non-full screen mode. OS: Ubuntu MATE 22.04.4 LTS 64 bit Firefox Ver: 115.14.0 ESR 64bit

Hi everyone,

I recently updated my macOS to Ventura 13.6.9 along with updating to the newest Firefox Nightly; now whenever I try to launch Firefox, it just hangs and will never load the start page. If I give it about 5-10 minutes, it will eventually load the favorites bar, and then when I click into the address bar to type, it hangs again. If I give it another few minutes, I can type but hitting enter/return, nothing happens.

If I restart my MBP and hold shift to boot into safe mode, Firefox loads perfectly fine with no issues or hangs at all. I'm just not sure what is different that would be causing it to hang when booting into regular mode?

Intermittently find browser open on its own @ homepage without any action on my part.

So i'm using the latest Nightly and have for like 4 days this issue, it never happened before and just after one update it started to happen. I already have set gfx.color_management.native_srgb to true. When I open firefox in troubleshoot mode it is working fine, but when it's normal and I disable all addons and extensions and themes - issue remains

My email application is zmailcloud.com from Cloudiance. It has worked fine for me for years using Firefox. However, in the last week or so, when I open an email message, I cannot see anything but empty "From"and To" fields. Nothing is in the body of the message, either (see attached screenshot). But, if I open a reply or forward message, everything in the original message appears normal (see other screenshot). This problem does not occur using Micrsoft Edge, only Firefox. Anyone have any suggestions???

I like to play Caesar's slots and up until two weeks ago it worked just fine, but now something happened. When I open up the site it goes thru the start up process as normal but, when it reaches the play page, it shows that page for a second and then goes to a blank page. The tab says playing Caesars slots, but nothing ever returns.
