Why is your site purposely designed to that the forum can't be navigated. I got a reply to a an issue I need address. Why cant I find it?

Your site is purposely designed so that it's impossible to navigate. why can't I skim the forum directly? Why can't I find the comment Ive already made, so that I can discuss my issues with the reply I've received. How do I find questions I've asked? Why is it so difficult?
