Firefox pops to foreground and graphically corrupts other software
I have used Firefox for many years, and love it.
That being said, already for awhile now, I have the following problem:
I open up FF and browse something. Few minutes later, I open up another program (any1, it doesn't matter) and start working with it. Suddenly (and not always) Firefox jumps to the front, but like it's 1/2 there, like my other program and firefox are fighting for first place. When I mouse my mouse around the other program, anything that comes under the mouse starts to reappear piece by piece. It's like FF is popping into focus when I don't want it to, usually about 5-10 seconds after clicking any other program to focus.
I am not quite sure how to better describe it. I am getting tired of this problem, so I'm writing here about it. I once thought that I found some information as to this problem, but now I can't find the post that I saw at that time.
I do believe this is a problem that more ppl are having, does anyone have a link to possible suggestions/solutions?
Thank you!

Well, it sounds like it might be an issue with your graphics drivers :/ try this: Update Firefox to version 12. www.getfirefox.com
Then, try to update your graphics driver: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
If it still doesn't work, try to disable hardware acceleration: Turning off hardware acceleration
