HI I have been having trouble with firefox websites lately.

First any time I go to the firefox plugin check page to check my plug-ins to make sure they are up to date I always get this error message:

Plugin Finding Service Error

We've encountered an error. Please try your request again later.

This happens to me every time I go to this page. This is getting annoying to say the least Mozilla.

Lately any firefox page I have tried to access as either had errors on it or firdfox could not find the server until I clicked on the try again button. Then I could use the firefox website.

I am also disappointed with your firefox support forum. First off when I have written a message about firfox in the past it has taken weeks or even months tjo get a response to my questions. Now yes I now that the support forum is especially busy but I now that it could improve by responding to questions in the support forum a little faster. Other browser companies have support forums and people do respond to questions faster then you firefox.

I must say that I am a little more then disappointed in response times to my questions and the lack of fixing website problems. That is why I have decided to go with a different internet browser until you start improving these problems and issues I have outlined above Mozilla. I hope this leads to better response times in the firefox support forum and that you fix the issues with your webpages firefox but I don't beleive it will happen in the near future I have the feeling I will have wirite a few more times before you take me seriously.

have a good day Mozilla.
