i upgraded firefox and lost my identity saved password extension!

i used to be able to go to a Bookmark and my password and identity would come right up with the saved passwords. When i upgraded, it left..what version do i need of Firefox?'

Do you still see the saved passwords in the Password Manager?

  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"

no...all is gone and there isn't even an Identity safe tab anymore.

Is that "Identity safe" related to Norton?

If so, your passwords probably weren't being saved in Firefox, but rather wherever Norton stores them. In that case, you should see Norton support for help with their software.
