can"t find the "TP roll" icon for "click&clean" addon

downloaded "click&clean" plugin but cannot find the "TP roll" icon to use the addon.

addon does not appear in the list of installed plugins.

On the homepage for Click&Clean ( http://www.hotcleaner.com/clickclean_firefox.html ) there are instructions for doing that under the Installation heading (scroll down on the page).
The instructions that they give are for using the Menu Bar ( "Go to Firefox menubar, "View" > "Toolbars" > "Customize" > drag and drop Click&Clean icon onto the "Navigation toolbar""). For Firefox 4, if you are using the Firefox button, click Options > Toolbar Layout. See: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+customize+the+toolbar
