cannot access task manager to sort out 'Firefox is already running but not running'. When selecting Ctrl +Alt + Del it just pops up that Task Manager has been disabled by your administator. Would really appreciate some help. Thanks

I cannot access Task Manager in the Windows Task Bar. I can only access it by selecting Ctrl + Alt + Del and 'Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator' . I need Task Manager to sort out 'Firefox is already running but not responding'.

This happened

A few times a week

== whenever 'Firefox is already running but not responding'

You will need to ask your Administrator. Your Administrator has obviously set your system to keep you out of Task Manager; very common in a work environment.
