Current update will not install, telling me that a window is open running firefox. Nothing is open except the installer. I can't get back into firefox and wish to revert to the previous version.

Every time Firefox opened

I have downloaded and installed Firefox 3.6.8 and entered. I couldn't get back into the next day. I used EXIT.
