I know the first page has no redirect at webhost so I don't know why this happens. Same problem in Chrome and Edge. Malware is unlikely as Plusnet have thousands if not millions of customers.

Thanks for checking. I've just tried the two in Chrome and I get the redirect to Plusnet. Both of them are sites I've regularly gone to in the past. Kind regards

I don't get redirected. see screenshots Did you try with Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

Assuming that your internet service provider is Plusnet, I recommend that you contact their support team - they should be able to help you with this.

Thank you everyone for the replies. I tried the troubleshoot mode suggested but it still had the problem. You assume right that my ISP is Plusnet, so I will get in touch with them.

I've discovered what the problem was. My Plusnet account was wrongly flagged with a bill owing (actually they owed me!), as soon as I cleared that the webpage worked again.
