Thunderbird does not load remote images, does not load HTML properly, even with proper settings including View Message Body As: Original HTML + Load Remote Images are set. I am using owl to connect to Office365 and just tested this on the same computer with Evolution and Evolution mail loads all HTML perfectly fine and loads all the images fine so I am sure it is not something else on my computer causing any issue. The version of Thunderbird is: 60.9.0 (64Bit) for Ubuntu 16.04. It is quite random too, even the same signature from Folks in my company at some-times it loads the images then on other emails it does not. Then for inline screen shots which people constantly have to provide for showing how things are working ect, those images are never loaded but if I do select "Display Attachments Inline", it will show the images at the bottom of the mail but never in the original HTML format of how it looks in Evolution or Outlook - which is just useless. Please help - I could not attach a screen shot due to proprietary information but if needed can simulate something to attach.

Thunderbird also deletes all the Images when they come from Other clients including Outlook web access, or Evolution, or gmail, ect, if it does receive the pictures as soon as Thunderbird replies to any of those other clients - all the other clients get the email back with no pictures anymore - they have all been deleted by Thunderbird.

This is correct, it was owl that was causing the issue. I was able to use exquilla and everything started working properly. Thanks for taking the time to respond on this one.

This sounds like an owl issue, I suggest you address your concerns to them. Or use IMAP with your office365 account.
