I can no longer access my company's website, that I manage, https://www.rm-llp.com/. How do I fix this?

The message I received is below:

The owner of www.rm-llp.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

www.rm-llp.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on September 27, 2017, 9:42 AM. The current time is September 27, 2017, 11:54 AM. Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

Someone goofed up and forgot to renew the SSL certificate. Can you contact your IT?

It's a Let's Encrypt certificate, which I thought renewed itself automatically. However, that may depend on your hosting provider's level of support for Let's Encrypt.

Strange. I built and manage it through WIX. I guess I need to contact them? I attached a screenshot that says its SSL Secured

Hopefully Wix can explain it. Perhaps there's some cache that needs to be flushed before the new cert will be served.
