Thunderbird ver 52.1.1 32 bit windows 7 64 bit not honoring Reply To Field

I have tested in safe mode the issue remains the same. When replying to a mailing list with a reply to field, which worked prior to the upgrade to ver 52.x.x. Tunderbird now generates a reply that uses the from field. To get the correct behavior, reply list must be used. This is incorrect behavior, unless there's been change to the email protocol that I'm unaware of, please fix it.

The change was indicated in the release notes for TB 52 (the 3rd Changed item). There is a bug report that I think applies to your observation:
