How do I forward a message?
When forwarding a message how can I select a contact from my address book and insert it in the 'to' line? Similarly, how can I insert contacts in the 'cc' or the 'bcc' line?

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but more of a question about how to use your email service.
I would recommend that you speak to the support team for your email service and they should be able to help you with this.
