Browser won't display Microsft Outlook Sign In page.

I can get to the Microsoft home page and it displays correctly. However, when I click on "Sign In", all I get is a blank white page. I am having this issue with both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, however, it seems to work fine in Microsoft Edge. Go figure.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Removing all cookies and browsing history. Resetting Internet Preferences in the Control Panel. I can't seem to find a fix.

I pushed F12 and got the below data from the page. It doesn't make any sense to me, but hopefully someone can figured it out.

Big thanks in advance.
