Is there any way to download Firefox for Android from Mozilla websites, instead of Google Play Store?

In my country, Google Play Store was blocked, so I can't get Firefox for Android or update it.

I just wander an organization may upload it's resources(such as applications) to it's websites, but I can't find Firefox for Android APK to download.

So how 1.4 billion people to solve the problem? Anybody help? Thanks.
