Any idea when you will be adding a feature to message filters whereby we can filter messages by file type in attachments i.e. delete all email with attachments containing extension .gz .7z etc

Chosen solution

I tried this with the Expression Search add-on 1.3 in TB 60.5, and it appears to work with the search expressions for attachments, no. 14. There is also a version 1.4b for TB 60-67 available from the 'Clone or download' button here.

Thanks - how safe / secure / stable are these?

I have no reason to believe the add-on is not safe or secure, and it should be stable for at least the TB 60 cycle, which isn't likely to be updated to the next major release until the end of the year. You can also try the 1.4b version in the current TB beta v. 66.
