I received an email on 5/27/2016 entitled "Encrypt Your Hard Drive" and I followed the instructions labeled "PC: Turn on BitLocker. I went to the Control Panel, then chose System and Security. Step 3 said "Click the BitLocker Drive Encryption", but that option wasn't listed. I'm using Windows 10 and Firefox 47.0, so it must be a Microsoft problem!

You need to contact BitLocker support. Mozilla has nothing to do with other programs.
