New install never finishes download

I have a new PC and I'm trying to install Firefox. I get to where it says "Downloading Firefox..." but it never finishes.

Okay, sounds like the installer is stalling at downloading the files.

Can you try installing on another computer? Can you grab a different installer from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ (like en-US instead of en-GB) - or just a fresh copy of the version you want - and see if that works?
