I have two individual accounts set up (one business and one personal). Long-time user. TBird is latest version. Am NOT using unified inbox. Each account displays it's own set of standard folders plus many more set up by me.

Business account's Inbox shows a blank screen. Emails are in place (they are displayed by message pane when it is activated and I arrow up or down within the "blank" Inbox). New emails are still being received.

Copying emails from inbox to newly created folder produces another folder showing a blank screen - again emails can be seen using message pane and scrolling through list.

Unread email count shows 20,229 for this account (as opposed to 8,445 showing on personal account). Is there a space limitation within the inbox for TBird? Have I possibly changed the color of the emails to white (would not display on a white background)? Is there a way to "recover" these emails and the functionality of the Inbox for my daily use?

Try this: Click on the iconette to the right and select: 'Reset columns to default'. did this work?

Thank you very much for the suggestion - worked immediately for me. Had to wait until I got home to try it but it worked beautifully.
