My computer crashed and was rebuilt - I downloaded mozilla and tried to login to sync but it says the account doesn't exist, even though I had it pulled up on another computer. I unlinked on the other computer and opened a new account on my computer but want to know why it won't recognize my account that I know exists ...

thank you!

hello nghna7t, in firefox 29 there has been an overhaul of the sync system. you cannot connect old sync accounts created before firefox 29 to new firefox installations.

Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more
