Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. No videos on any platform will play when I try to open them in Firefox. They are forever stuck on the thumbnail image of the video, and nothing happens when I hit play. I've had this happen a couple times and was able to resolve before by installing updates and uninstalling my Mozilla VPN, but this time nothing has worked. I've tried pretty much every solution I could find online:

• Updating Firefox
• Updating my computer
• Running in Incognito
• Running in troubleshooting mode
• Allowing autoplay
• Disabling hardware acceleration
• Disabling addons
• Clearing cache and data
• Enabling/disabling DRM content
• Installing Windows Media Pack

I'm running Windows 10, and videos seem to work fine in Edge, if that makes any difference.

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

Hello, when in the library, pressing F6 is meant to "Focus Search Field". This is documented at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly

However, since a recent update this no longer works. Instead, pressing F6 now switches the keyboard focus to the lefthand tree pane. A further press of shift+tab is needed to move to the search box.

My questions are: Has F6 stopped jumping to the library search box for anyone else? If so, was this a deliberate design choice? Does anyone know of an alternate keyboard shortcut to jump to the searchbox? Finally, is there anyway to revert to the old F6 behaviour?

Even if you can only answer the first question that would help, so I can determine whether or not it is just my Firefox. Although I have already tested in a brand new profile with the same results.

I am deleting or updating accounts linked to an email that was hacked. However, I cannot make changes to this Firefox account that I no longer use because the email that was hacked no longer exists. I wish to delete the account because of suspicious activity. Thank you for your assistance.

I used to use chrome. There, when i add a bookmark, the title and the URL are prefilled. Which is very comfortable. Why is this not a feature in firefox? I always have to copy paste the URL and enter an own title. Chrome has become very slowly on some websites, while firefox does not slow down on those websites at all. So i want to stay with firefox. Good job, team. But the bookmarking UX is improveable.

Almost daily I get a message to download or dismiss update. When I dismiss the message, it continues to pop up. When I hit download, nothing happens. This is locking up my computer at times & slowing everything down. I actually don't see the need for daily updates. What is causing this and how can I stop it?

On 18 June in the morning my bookmarks were all listed to the left of my browser and I shut down my laptop. That evening I turned on the laptop and bookmarks were gone the browser got brighter and my bookmarks are now only accessible thru a tab in upper right hand corner called other bookmarks. I want them back to the left side of my browser and do not know how to do it.

Corel asked me to do a screen shot of the issue: Attached When I look at the changed screen, There is an icon infront of the Web address line that looks like a robot. When I rollover it this statement comes up: Browser is under remote control reason (Dev Tools) All of the address bar is inpink. daThis is still frustrating. I do not like to use the browser when something else appears to be in control. I have MacAFee and run a scan but nothing shows up? If developers are following my browser, I should beable to turn this off.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with desaturated icons in the toolbar and tabs of Firefox. I don't think any extesion may be causing this problem and i have already tried reinstalling and resetting Firefox, but this did not resolve the problem.

When I search for a Hebrew-language video on Firefox the resulting link text overlaps with the English text “Translate this page” for all YouTube videos. I don’t want any page translated and my Firefox Translation settings include no languages. The overlap only occurs on YouTube video links. How can I get rid of the “Translate this page” text? I use Firefox (currently on version 127.0) and starting this weekend I noticed a strange behavior. When I initially go to the NPR.org site (and only that site) everything works fine, but once I scroll down past the first two articles all of the links on the page stop working. The cursor that usually changes from an arrow to a finger does not change, the links do not change color as they should.

This only happens on NPR.org, and it only happens with Firefox (I can use Chrome at the site works fine.) Therefore I assumed that something changed at NPR.org so have reached out to them, however, I thought I would ask your team if they knew of anything going on?

Even when i set it on start from where i left off, after closing my Mozilla desktop application my all tabs get reset which have been quite problematic for me.

In regards for this, please solve this problem as soon as possible as it keeps hindering with my work

This started a week or two ago intermittantly on some websites. Today I cannot see any images of amazon items in the shopping cart. I can see the thumbnails in the right side bar, and if I click on an item, the image appears on its for sale page. Ebay usually shows the first image, but the rest won't load, unless I click on "unable to load images" and then they might. Or if I use the icon to put the images in their own box, I can < and > to navigate them

Turned the new "secure DNS" feature off & on, no difference. Turned off NoScript, no difference.

I have a very good PC (5800X3D, 7900XT, 32GB DDR4 3600), but Firefox (either the normal, canary and nightly version) can't play smoothly any 4K video (like the Borderlands trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lU_NKNZljoQ ). 1440 and lower resolutions are fine, as are 4K videos on Chrome and Edge. FWIW, my CPU during 4K playback is barely used (1-2%), and my GPU's video codec (VCE) is used by around a third. Disabling HW accel makes things better, as it still stutters but it's (barely) passable. I already tried creating a new profile, but still it's the same.

I had the situation maybe a year ago. I use the Firefox profile manager.

I just updated to 127.02, and now not I'm getting this because for whatever reason, since the update, I am somehow on the beta channel, but only with this profile. I just opened two other profiles, and neither is on the beta channel, although i don't know what "Firefox is being updated by another instance" means.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I'm also just noticing that a number of my addons settings have reverted to default.

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. My email has NOT CHANGED for either account... ey47ey@yahoo.com Please advise me how to establish my Account ASAP so I can continue my work.
