how can I get rid of the 'free lunch toolbar' that overrides the firefox home page when I start?

Hi. My son downloaded a game and it has installed something called the free lunch toolbar, which overrides firefox, messes with text and cannot be uninstalled. It comes from a company called conduit

This is not the place to post this kind of problem. You need specialist help to remove this toolbar because it writes itself into so many different places in the Windows registry. Also, it's not a Mozilla approved add-on and therefore you can't remove it via the Add-ons manager.

What I suggest you do is to post the problem on this forum: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/

They are experts at removing spyware, adware (which is what this toolbar is) and the like. You'll need to register first.
