The fonts of the incoming mail messages display strangely

Hello everyone. I have just installed version 115.11.1 (64 bits) on my PC. The fonts of the incoming mail messages display strangely and change when I move the mouse over them. The rest of the programs and windows display normally. The problem only exists in Thunderbird windows. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Could a graphics card at the end of its life be at the root of the problem? Thanks.

Does the same thing happen in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?
