I accidentally declined to save a login and password for a website I use frequently and I can't find how to fix that

Open Passwords from the 3 bar menu or by entering about:logins in the address bar. At the top of the left panel, there is a + symbol. Clicking that enables you to add a new login manually.

You can remove the block exception via the Settings page.
